Add microzig to platformio

It would be interesting to add microzig to platformio. I haven't added a framework to platformio before, but I imagine that it involves adding code to the platform repos like this one and to add it to the documentation.

Since the rp2040 support is best supported by microzig, that probably should be the first platform.
