Bioaider won't open on Mac

Hello! I was wondering if you could explain how to exactly open Bioaider on Mac. I have Monterey version 12.5 and I followed your directions of downloading the file, going to the main directory, and opening bioaider. However, it defaults to a text file and I am not sure how to open it. Thank you!
