mail about artisan riding

we get this mail the moment we get to level 70. maybe edit the text a bit, so it doesn't mention WotLK and cold weather flying yet.

been looking around for the mail sent to the player during TBC, but haven't located it yet.

on WotLK classic you get this mail at level 71. not 70. that would also solve the problem.
