Spell_restorations and Stealth

This SQL file does not give stealth ranks. It makes stealth learnable at level 1 and there are no ranks that follow up anytime. It stays 50% reduction in speed all through lvl 80. This SQL messed something up unfortunately

Spell ranks for Stealth don't work currently. In the current version of this module it gives you stealth (rank 1) at level 1, but it's set to -30% speed, instead of the -50% it should be. so you're getting the best stealth from the start. just like in wotlk

For some reason it's not possible to add new stealth ranks to the rogue trainers. the trainers only accept spell 1784 as stealth. anything else simply won't show up.

I'm also worried about how this effects playerbots and npcbots. Because they are likely to use spell 1784 as well. If we change that to -50% speed, all bots at all levels would get the -50% speed.
