Problem about train on own dataset

Dear author I want to ask you about how to train on my own dataset. Can you tell me exact steps? If it is possible I will appreciate it.

I also want ask the same question. My own data only has 14 points for each person. and have no segmentation as COCO ？ I have tried some methods,but the result is very terrible。 @Angel113110 @NiteshBharadwaj
