About COCOAPI to test the model

when i have finished the steps about training, using COCOAPI to test the model,the mAP is very low, but i did not change anything except the batch_size=4 in my file, so i don't know if the batch_size=4 leaded so much dfferences, could someone give me some advice?? thanks a lot
