Error Musume

When I start up Kancolle I am shown the screen with the start button but it then gives me an error musume after a few seconds even if I don't do anything. Occasionally it will show this

And play the normal sounds over it. i,e, BGM and secretary lines. It works on my IE and I have tried clearing cache and reinstalling all pertaining programs including IE.
