[improvement] toes rotation

Hello ! First, thank you for this amazing tool i just discovered, it's better than anything i could imagine thanks to the depth and canny, it helps so much ! I haven't found a way to donate a tip, did i miss something ?

An improvement i can imagine would be to have a node to move the toes, right now we can't put a character tiptoes as an example (or i didn't find how to ?). Also, maybe a "character height" could help, it would adjust the body proportions automatically instead of adjusting all body parts separately to have a taller or smaller character.

Anyway, right now i'm super happy, the tool is perfectly thought and executed, thanks a lot !
