Add Schoonmeersen resto data to Hydra

First maybe we should discuss whether we actually want this, but I think we might want to add the resto data from Campus Schoonmeersen to Hydra someday.

Data can be found here: https://www.hogent.be/student/catering/weekmenu/schoonmeersen-d/

We would need a new scraper and other icons, since this data is quite different. Quite a lot of work -> Low priority.
