Add 'Insert Code' button to toolbar
Description
Sometimes I paste code from elsewhere into my md documents, and it would be nice to already have the code symbols inserted to paste between, rather than having to highlight the code then select the code option after pasting, and depending which keyboard I am using, I don't always seem to have the correct symbol for formatting as code.
On a related note, the symbol for inserting comment in the toolbar and the popup when highlighting text do not match. (see e.g. #4621). The symbol in the toolbar is used to insert a comment, but is used to insert code in the highlight popup.

Caveats
None that I am aware of? Taking up more toolbar space? But there seems to be plenty.
