Why not use 3.0？

Why？

It was more for personal taste, the preference would be the 1.0 however as there is no server in this open to analyze the difference of packages the closest was the 2.0. I believe that at least in Brazil the game has declined a lot in some issues, but now the only option is to continue the project in 3.0 and this will perhaps be done soon.
