Import Error

the cmd says that: ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

and it pops up many traceback errors.

I think it's the problem of tensorflow and keras version but not. I reinstall the exact version of tensorflow-gpu and keras but i still didnt work

More information and context is needed. What run.py command, some screen output, name of the dll.
