Video metadata not applying

Fresh docker Plex install. I have one channel with one video. Metadata for channel is applying, but metadata for the video is not.

Video title is set to one day before the release date of video.

com.plexapp.agents.youtube.log com.plexapp.system.log

EDIT: Seems if I put another folder in (Channel Folder\Random Folder\Video.mkv), metadata works. Though thumbnails are only working for some videos.
