I didn't find a proper way to build those native python libs, Currently I use termux docker image to manually build those binaries and copy them into app. Termux Repo https://github.com/termux/termux-packages

More overly I soon make this package obsolete and fully depend on Rust version https://github.com/canewsin/zeronet-rs Which has proper build system for all platforms.
