Currently onion addresses are getting ignored. The necessary placeholder code is in place but it's empty.
ToDos: - [ ] Signature verification - [ ] Exclude onion addresses from normal (non-zero://) announce responses - [ ] Add onion addrs and finish `onion_need_sign`
Currently only the server implementation supports the zero:// protocol. The required client is missing
