Consider ingame /command to reset luaui configs

Right now if you screw up your luaui settings you have to navigate to some folder and delete zk_data.lua and zk_order.lua. Would be good if there was some way to do that from ingame or chobby. BAR has /luaui factoryreset (and a gui button in case your luaui isn't too screwed) which makes it so that at shutdown the files are wiped instead of writing settings https://github.com/beyond-all-reason/Beyond-All-Reason/blob/75d0172738a5b72a9aa2678cf7c89bc55047b3a0/luaui/barwidgets.lua#L1255-L1260 .
