Claims of geo placement issue on seth's ravine

the map Seths Ravine Remake 1.3 has an oversight which makes it impossible to build Geothermal in upper-right corner of the map, which wouldn't be a problem normally, but you can't terraform on this map. I hope something gets done about it, thank you in advance
