Epicmenu search is case-sensitive for non-ascii

Repro:

• switch to French.
• open the F10 settings menu.

• search lowercase "a"
• notice it has some number of results
• reset; search uppercase "A"
• notice it has the exact same number of results ✅

---

• reset; now search lowercase "é" (e with acute diacritics, you can copy the letter from somewhere and ctrl+v it in engine)
• notice a bunch of results
• reset; search uppercase "É"
• completely different set of results. ❌
