Windgen placing: income number issues

1. Sometimes it's 0 and sometimes 0.0, and in those cases it's not green. It would make sense not to be green if it had no income at all, but even a 0 minimum windgen generally provides income.

2. the icon conveys just "wind". Doesn't convey that it's specifically the minimum (as opposed to e.g. average, or a constant, or the current wind) too well. It also doesn't really convey that wind is actually just energy.

3. Perhaps would be good to add a + to either the numbers (so it says +0.0, +1.2 etc) or to the icon so it's obvious wind translates directly into income. Compare to the energy income icon which has a built-in plus sign:
