Owl still has energy drain belonging to sparrow

Title says it all. I was updating wiki for owl/magpie and noticed owl indeed still has energy drain for its jammer while sparrow doesn't. Sidenote: its the same price that iris and cornea pays but perhaps small at 1.5? sidenote sidenote: airplane facs delay from idle to constructing because of its animation always feels really long.

maybe it's for the radar?

I just so strongly assumed its for jammer since its the same upkeep iris and cornea pays, and not the same as radar pays
