Nuclear launch notification reverts to being behind eco bars

For every new match launched it reverts to same position. I have larger than default eco bars I believe. No UI presets enabled, all other UI elements stay where they are put spring_4fXZvuaswr

Your bars are unusually large. I guess what we need to do is put the nuclear launch window into docking and have hud presets control its position.
