right now "kill all X and Y" objectives are actually "defeat the enemy player" and the enemy player just has unit types X and Y marked as vital. Consider making it possible to have separate "kill all X" and "kill all Y" objectives and fulfil them independently. A caveat is that it may be possible for some of those units to be rebuilt before the enemy is defeated.

all those "build N rockos" type objectives could have a counter.
The bonus feature would be much easier, given how the main objectives are set up in a less flexible way. What might end up being simpler is to define main objectives identically to the bonus objectives, but purely for the visuals on the UI.
