Factory decals disappear immediately on death

image The "concrete pavement" decal disappears immediately on death since it is set to expire in 1/30th of a second. Perhaps it was meant to disappear in 30 seconds instead? A thing to keep in mind would be that this includes AO plates for many buildings.
