Missile Silo UI
Add four buttons to the units tab called "launch missile X", one for each type. They probably go on ASDF below their relevant missile. The commands for these buttons causes a missile to fire at the target location. If no missile is present in the silo then a missile should be queued. The buttons should show how many of each type exist in the silo.
It would be nice if this worked with multiple silos selected.

for completion: display ranges for silo when selected or even when mouse over for allied/enemy silo (like when placing the building with a con)

#2513 proposed adding ranges for all possible missles to the silo. 2513 was closed as duplicate of this ticket. but here is no documentation. so i added it. is adding UI to silo not a duplicate/part of this ticket?
