Lists not provisioned correctly - fields missing in list content type

[There is a known issue in the PnP provisioning engine | pnp/PnP-Sites-Core #1449](https://github.com/pnp/PnP-Sites-Core/issues/1449). So far, this issue hasn't been resolved.
