That could be related to, how airodump-ng handle frequencies: https://github.com/aircrack-ng/aircrack-ng/blob/master/src/airodump-ng/airodump-ng.c#L5355 and how the driver report the frequencies (decimal places). Some drivers report frequency in MHz 2412, some in Hz 2412000000....
