`Packet injection may not work fully. When you're injecting packets you can instruct the driver to use a specific TX rate, right? rtl8xxxu won't honour that for the data frames....

Ok. But as you can see, data rate can be changed, sucessfuly. TX power can be changed, too. How can we explain that? The monitor interface doesn't lie.
