Decompiling v53 models does not write jigglebone data to qc

See title, works fine on v52. the jiggle bone data is definitely there it just doesn't get written to qc. To reproduce just decompile a Titanfall 2 model with jiggle bones (pilot_light_jester_f.mdl has jiggle bones).
