Portuguese translation completed thanks to #73
Well... I don't think that it was complete... Checked just now and run a spell check using gdocs. Looks fine now. Altough there is PT-PT and BR-PT. Like... 95% of the portuguese.json is in BR-PT.

Do not know Zenrac... I think that is a little awkward to reading like the great majority in BR-PT and only a few in PT-PT. We understand PT-PT but it's kind of different. But also I'm reading all the i18n and that pops my eyes and the user'll not visualize all the content only the commands... Do not know if it worth the effort.... Problably not =]
So let it be just like it is. I think we completed PT, agree?
What exactly do you want from Russian translations? I think you have all translations but they need to be spellchecked

Also, in English I see two similar params cmd-ignore-not-disabled (lines 252 and 259). Is it right?
Polish translation is not finished, I'll also spell check it (in a weeks time or so once I get my pc fixed)
