GitHub Actions aren't working

I noticed that the with-node image was still on Node 20, I was hoping to find one with at least Node 22. It looks like the weekly Actions should be taking the latest version, however all actions seem to have been failing for the last 9 months due to some security issue. It looks like the Actions are running as a user who doesn't have the correct permissions anymore . Any chance an admin can get those weekly jobs fixed please? @jlandure was mentioned to be pinged, any chance you can update it?
