This is my attempt to make those scripts compatible with dokku 0.4.x. However dokku API changed A LOT from 0.2.x to 0.4.x and this plugin is far away from being compatible. The fact that I have no idea about docker or bash scripting didn't help as well.

I tested it with dokku 0.4.6 and it seems to work. Yet what this plugin really needs is a complete rewriting, by somebody who knows what he is doing.

Thanks for this PR - I will look at it and test it. If I get some free time I'll rewrite it.
