you could reinstall your smapi to get the file back or just download and paste this in your base storage https://www.mediafire.com/file/62roavxebkscfnq/StardewValley.zip/file

delete your stardew valley original app then search and download the older version from the net. Only version 1.5.6.39 would work for the latest smapi right now.
