Bower integration

This is a PR for bower integration. Cf discussion on #19.

This won’t be merged since the project is to be kept as simple and as close to Laravel and AngularJS fundamentals as possible as it’s just a boilerplate to get you started as quick as possible.

I’ll leave the PR here anyways, for anyone who wants to integrate Bower into their starter projects.
