Remove Zelda Maps-specific code

As part of this, many of the branches need deleting too. There's obviously no need for staging/production/etc. branches any more, and it's probably worth seeing if the feature/ and issue/ branches are worth keeping, or whether they've been there so long that it would be better to start from scratch.
