Modded fluids are tinted blue

There has been an issue with optifine for over a year where some modded fluids are tinted blue instead of being the normal color, I was hoping this could be fixed using OptiForge: The fluid shown here is "Liquid Starlight" from Astral Sorcery, the blue tint doesn't affect it when it's inside the tank (on the right, which is how it's meant to look) but when placed in the world it's tinted blue.

It's picking up the biome water tint and applying it. In a swamp, you'll get swamp water tinted liquid starlight.
