Yep, that seemed to work for updating, it's worth noting that when trying to extract it/overwrite it a Werfault.exe process was stuck in taskmgr. Now to see if this solves...

Okay I found the problem, had to do with CORS, it should now work.
The biggest reason DelvUI/DelvCD might want this attribute is because there are users that want to have ImGui draw for DelvCD over DelvUI (and some users prefer the other way...
How relevant are these changes still, since this is a pretty old one as well? These are just DPS cooldowns right?
Looking into this right now, can you export me your profile so I can test it in the same conditions? Any specific NPC you can talk to to keep reproducing...
#1300 should incidentally also fix this issue since we won't be using commands anymore to show/hide hotbars.
