Fix screen resolution distortion bug.

Certain screen resolutions like 1360x768 do not display correctly. Maybe related to VBE mode max pixel clock, refresh rate, or another parameter of the modes? Ideal fix will allow full-resolution full-color support of all offered resolutions.
