Please add the functionality for a Daylight Saving Time Offset

Please add the functionality for inputting/selecting a Daylight Saving Time Offset as some of us are subjected to daylight saving time changes twice a year. Thanks

This is a tricky one :/ I'm getting TimeZones from a JS library but everything else is made in C++ using Arduino-like libraries.

It should normally work altogether but I suspect I'm missing some steps :(

The easiest would be to use a timeZone that "works" with your current DST "status".
