Add shield for DC's Capital Beltway

Washington DC has a beltway number I-495 in Maryland and Virginia (and a very tiny sliver in DC proper). There is an official shield that appears on signs around the beltway that would be great to incorporate into Americana.

Should we attempt to squeeze all the elements of this shield into the icon, other than text, or are there any elements we can get away with omitting for simplicity?

Looks like there’s an I-495 relation but no separate relation for the Capital Beltway per se.

I'd say drop the words and keep the stars, red circle, and the capitol silhouette

Changeset 139,183,522 creates a separate Capital Beltway relation tagged network=US:Capital_Beltway, so it’ll be possible to display a shield separate from the Interstate shield.
