Can't install a fresh copy of Zecwallet.

Hello, I'm finding any version higher than v1.7.8 of zecwallet wont run on my win10 x64 machine. So i figured, let me install a fresh copy of the latest zecwallet on a newly wiped windows 10 x64 and let me see what happens. Same issue, i don't know how enable dev mode on the latest version but i'm seeing the following issues with Zecwallet.Fullnode.1.8.0-beta1

Are there any perquisites for a fresh install ?

Experiencing the same issue here with the 1.8.2 version on Windows 11 x64 machine.

1.8.3 on Windows 11 won't install properly. Zcashd.exe can be run manually but immediately shuts down with a no-params file error, the zcash appdata file is empty. Launching the GUI hangs indefinitely.
