Publish to winget (Microsoft hosted Windows Package repository)

Hi, could you please file a PR against https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs to make the ZECwallet available using winget? It only takes a few lines of xml to point it towards your installer. You don't need to publish the setup there, just add a reference to your setups in your GitHub releases page. By doing so users get the ability to install, update and remove zecwallet using winget upgrade.
