The current version (4.5.1) has been deprecated. Also, disabledeprecation=4.5.1 in zcashd.conf doesn't work - the node shuts itself down because of the deprecation. Version 4.6.0 for Windows is nowehere to be found. Please make it available. Thank you!

Update to the New versio, 1.7.6. Is is available for download already. https://www.zecwallet.co/fullnode.html#download select versio you need and go ahead. Everything is working good after update
