"New Transparent Address" not reflecting in GUI, but shows via zcash-cli

zecwallet compiled from source - clicking "New Transparent Address" creates the new address on zcashd, but does not reflect the new address in the zecwallet GUI. This was tested against zcashd 4.5.1 and 4.6.0.

zecwallet-fullnode-1.7.5

Both zcashd and zecwallet were compiled in Ubuntu/ARM64

this issue also exists on the above version built in Windows 10 PRO

Issue persists on v1.7.6 macOS installed from provided binary.

Same problem... Zecwallet Fullnode v1.7.7 Windows 10 Pro x64 21H2 - 19044.1645

Can't create t-address. Button "New Transparent Address" doesn't work. I push it but nothing happens. I don't see the list of created t-addresses in the application and therefore I can't use them.
