Allow specification of "send from" address(es)

I was recently using ZecWallet Lite on a Mac. I came across the issue that although multiple t- and z-addresses are allowed to be created for receiving funds, it is not possible to select which address(es) to send from. Allowing the user to select which account, or accounts, to send from would be very convenient since it might allow someone (or a business) to maintain separate accounts on the same computer for record keeping purposes. At the moment, this is not possible since when sending zec, it is seemingly arbitrarily drawn from all available accounts in a non-user-controlled manner.

this issue also exists on Zec Wallet Lite for Windows. the Zec Wallet Full node (Windows) already has the send-from feature implemented. Zec Wallet Lite iphone app does not have the feature
