ZEC not appeared after import private key

I imported the private key and waited until the import window closed. Then I closed and restarted the wallet. My balance was 0 ZEC.

I was able to fix by closing the wallet and starting Zcash daemon with zcashd -rescan command, then after that finished I opened the wallet and all my ZEC appeared.

After importing a private key I think the Zecwallet should do this rescan automatically. If I was a new user I would be quite confused and worried about where my funds were.
