Add Recipient needs an undo/close operation

If you only want to send to 1 address and you accidentally click "Add Recipient" on the "Send" screen, there is no way to undo the operation, and no way to send the transaction, without starting over again.

Yup, makes sense. I can add a "x" to remove additional fields.
