Would it be possible to upload non-image filetypes (e.g. - PDF)?

@leomoon @jv3ga in localization files I have added this:

	"Attachments": "Attachments",
	"AttachmentsBrowse": "Browse",
	"AttachmentsSelect": "Select a file to upload",
	"AttachmentsSubmit": "Upload",
