FR: Integrate tracking links into e-mails on status shipped or completed

Hi!

After changing a shipment to status shipped or the order to status completed, it would be great if the plugin could send the tracking link to the customer's email. I can imagine that this is a bit of a stretch right now, though it would be quite a nice feature.

Right now the e-mails look like this:

Order completed e-mail: completed

Shipped e-mail: shipped
