commands: /odd SKELETON@!!eq:head:DIAMOND_HELMET^HORSE@SKELETON_HORSE!!TAMED!!ADULT /odd ZOMBIE@!!eq:head:DIAMOND_HELMET!!2000.0h

  Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. custom health via command and config not work
  2. tamed horse via command is work but not via config
