Applying PNACH to PS2 ISO fails

Was trying to apply a widescreen patch to a PS2 ISO the other day, but it kept failing. However, I'm able to successfully apply the patch using ps2_patch_engine.

I've attached the PNACH file in case you want to test it yourself. F0A6D880.zip
